Toronto Mental Health Clinic is a private practice offering evidence-based mental health care grounded in neuroscience and psychotherapy. We provide compassionate, individualized support to help clients improve emotional wellbeing, self-regulation, and daily functioning.

ADHD Coaching — strategies for organization, focus, emotional regulation, and executive functioning
Child & Adolescent Therapy — developmentally appropriate mental health support
Concussion & Post-Concussion Therapy — support for cognitive, emotional, and nervous system symptoms following concussion or mild traumatic brain injury
Functional Neurological Therapy — for symptoms related to nervous system dysregulation
General Therapy — support for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges
Health-Related Life Transitions — support for adjusting to life changes related to illness, injury, chronic conditions, or changes in physical or cognitive functioning
OCD Therapy — evidence-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder, focused on reducing intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours
Sleep Therapy — evidence-based treatment for sleep difficulties and insomnia

We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and seek support for emotional, neurological, behavioural, and life-related challenges.
Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, allowing flexibility based on your needs, preferences, and availability.
Therapy sessions are $185 per session. Services are covered by most extended health insurance providers. We recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm coverage details.
